Brian Kelly was extremely helpful in accomplishing a very difficult task, selling my mother’s house as part of her estate settlement after her recent passing. In addition to providing excellent advice on what needed to be done in order to prepare the house for effective showing, he was able to recommend local contractors able to do the work needed on short notice at reasonable cost. We worked together to establish the right offer price and Brian was able to sell the house within one week. This is the second time I have worked with Brian Kelly to sell a house and I recommend him without reservation.
