When my mother died, I needed to find a good and trustworthy real estate agent who could help me work through the process, get her house ready for sale, and find a buyer. It was challenging for me because I lived 80 miles away and the house was full of belongings that I needed to deal with before putting the house on the market. I also needed help in maintaining the yard and finding contractors to fix the house in preparation for sale. Brian was a great help – very patient and sensitive to my needs as I worked through the estate process, a great resource in suggesting contractors I could contact for the work I needed done for the house, and in preparing the house for sale and showing it to prospective buyers. Thanks to Brian’s assistance, the house sold much more quickly than I anticipated. And the result was very satisfying and much appreciated.
